Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and excellent food. We have been coming to Napa for a few years and after this experience will probably will not stay anywhere else. Being right in Yountville is perfect in terms of the location being within walking distance to all of the best restaurants. The new spa is unbelievable and we will be back very soon.

First, when checking in they had both of my rooms reserved wrong. I had made a reservation for one King size bed, and the second room with two Queens. The front desk seemed very irritated that I had used travel website to make my Room reservations. After about an hour, and e-mailed proof of my reservation, they finally gave me the two rooms I had reserved. We were put in rooms on the ground floor. We were awakened both mornings at 6 a.m. by small children running and jumping off the beds above us. We asked that day to be moved and were told they were full, but to please let them know if the noise kept up. Four phone calls to the front desk throughout our three day visit was way too much! We went to their Spa, on Saturday, only to find the Steam room not working. A drunk women passed out in the Sauna, and the outside Hot Tub not working. I will never stay at this place again!

I stayed at the Inn with a group of 40 friends. We have been visiting Napa for about 12 years. I was absolutely stunned at the experience I had. I arrived Saturday after a flight from the east coast. After checking in (room 101), I decided to take a nap before dinner. I immediately realized the noise from the traffic was too loud to sleep. When I called the front desk the hotel rep. said it is just busy today because it's Saturday and it is crush time in Napa so it's more noisy than usual; but, she said it would quiet down in the evening. In fact, it was quiet from 12:00 to 3:00 a.m. Then one truck after another constantly rolled by my window all morning. The noise was unbelievable. I told them I was exhausted and really needed to sleep. Unfortunately they were booked that day. So I went another night without sleep. I wasfinally moved and slept the last two nights I was there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT VILLAGIO.

This place is lovely, friendly, and perfectly located. The pool has big canopied "beds" to lounge on. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are spacious with wonderful fireplaces.
Flowers hang from boxes everywhere. Bikes are available and you can walk to the very best of restaurants! Close to the Silverado Trail. Can't wait to return. -

we had a girls trip planned for a weekend in August to Napa. The hotel/Spa was spectaular. The lobby was beautiful, the staff was so friendly. They brought water and ice and robes directly to our room. Whatever we wanted whenever we asked. The spa was quite and relaxing and the rooms were lovely. All of the shops and restuarants were in walking distance as were the wineries. The gourmet breakfast buffet was all of our favorite. The pool was Roman style and beautiful. They brought us cold fresh fruit and drinks fro free! I felt like one of the rich and famous at the Villagio!
